Protect North Dakota’s Constitution is a citizen’s initiative, driven by North Dakotans.

It’s not a red issue. It’s not a blue issue. It’s a North Dakota issue.

Engage in the process and help us get this measure on the ballot. You can download the petition and gather signatures to help us meet the requirement of obtaining nearly 32,000 valid signatures from North Dakota residents.

Signature Gathering Instructions

You can download the petition PDF located on the page below. While gathering signatures, you need to present the petition and observe the person signing. You cannot leave the petition unattended for people to sign.

Submitting Signatures

We are nearing our signature deadline of Friday, April 22, 2022. If you have signatures to return, we ask that you mail them by Monday, April 18th, or get them to a drop off site by Wednesday, April 20th.

When you are done collecting signatures, you will need to complete the affidavit in front of a notary attesting that you witnessed the signatures. Once completed and notarized, you can return petitions to the PNDC address below or contact us by email to make arrangements.

Make a Contribution

We need you to spread the word and help us fund the cause. We’re asking every North Dakotan that cares about this issue to kick in at least twenty bucks, but you can always give more. Together we can protect our Constitution and give it the respect it deserves.
